This vitamin is for both Men and Women, not tailor made for either. It is a solid choice for a general vitamin supplement which is not sex specific in its contents or quantities. The best thing about this vitamin (other than the comprehensive nature of its vitamin and minerals) is its price. It is very reasonably priced on Amazon... and you can set it up to be auto-replenished using Amazon Prime's subscription feature will will allow you to get it less expensively going forward without having to even pay attention about when to reorder it (since you control the subscription frequency).

I got the 265 tablet size. This is a great value and the exp. date is over two years out. Older people like me need more B-12 and potassium and this vitamin has them. The other vitamins are nearly 100% of the recommended daily value, which is great because I don't want to overdose on any of them. Best of all, is that you just take one a day. I would put this against the Name brands any day.

Great value for multivitamins, they seem to work.

This vitamin supplement is equal in every way to Centrum Silver for adults. Why pay that inflated price when this provides the same vitamin and mineral dosage for 5 cents per caplet instead of 11 cents apiece!
