The lock itself appears to be very well made upon first inspection; hardware is sturdy and beautiful. However, the app and programming make this lock inoperable and useless. Installation was a nightmare. You are required to hollow out nearly 9 inches of door from the side, so it basically trashes the door if you can't use this lock, which is exactly what happened to us because the lock will not program properly and will not lock/unlock at all even with the pre-programmed original code. The app and instructions are in Chinese, are not translated well and there is no help/customer service anywhere. Now we have a huge hole in our front door and even though the lock fits and looks great, it won't program correctly and will not lock via the keypad, fob or app. Stay away from this lock.

do not purchase this lock unless you have a professional installer. I looked for weeks to find an installer, by then they refused to allow me to return this lock😫

lock works very well, downloaded de app but cant connect to lock

this lock need home hub to operate from app!!! struggling to install. check and re-check measures!!!needs app which is installed from out-of-this-dimension app store and all chinese and doesn`t work via regular wifi

It just doesn't work for what I wanted to do simply because it has both the deadbolt is all together as one. NOW if I was able to have paid for both of them which I'm including the one that I needed, I would have kept it because it looked FANTASTIC, but I didn't get to test it out!
