It really works!! But does take about a month to see results

Have never tried a "spot reducer" for the mid section. My abs were already pretty defined prior to use. So while I'd love to say that it worked, I can say that while using it, I purposely did more cable abs and weighted ab crunches...thus adding to the desired effect. Did notice some lethargy, but that could possibly due to just over training. Overall, try it and see for yourself.

Don't believe the hype! This product does not work. I'm a body builder. I saw no reduction in the areas where I applied the product. The packaging was also defective. The spray nozzle stopped working two days later.

don't think it works

Bought this product to tighten things up around the midsection. it works very well, I could feel it absorbing and heating up my fat spots. Used it for 3 weeks or so and lost an inch off my waist which is remarkable.

The problem I had with this product is after my very first use the spray pump stopped working, I put the product in another bottle it worked once and the spray pump stopped working again.

Unsure if this works. I have been using it and I don't see any difference.
