just got it today, adjusted and tried it out.other people's reviews seem to come across that it was thin and might be easy to break. not sure how.came ,surprised by how much weight it had. feels sturdy, didn't take much adjusting to make it fit comfortable enough.as I'm working on a Thranduil costume for next years Halloween and then some was awesome to fine this. it is so close enough to the movies version you think i somehow might got the movie prop. (see photo collage comparison to movie vs item)and also note, it....is....gorgeous! shinny, even has texture mimicking the wood of Mirkwood Thranduil is known for in all his things.my inner theranduil comes out every time i put it on. just wish it was labeled correctly not as Bridal Crown For Wedding/Party/Pageant this IS a thranduil circlet! KING thranduil of mirkwood. thank you so much for even making and selling it, finding a good one elsewhere is hard to come across.this is awesome, looking forward to it "crowning" the finished thrainduil look when im done putting everything together.

The only reason I gave this item a four star is do to the fact that I found a crack on the inside on one of the welds.. however I was able to repair the crack with some silver solder. The crown is very heavy and feels sturdy otherwise. Fits me very well and looks good as well. Overall very pleased

This "crown" is very sturdy/heavy; which I like. However, getting it to fit right may be a challenge. It is perfect circle and, because it is so sturdy, not easily reshaped. We pressed in the sides a little to make it more oval but it is still for a very big head and not very comfortable to wear unless you pad it somehow. We were afraid to press it in too much because it is pretty rigid and thought it might break. Even reshaped a little it still has 4-5 discrete points of contact with your head which is uncomfortable. In all fairness, the 22" circumference is correct as advertised. It does look great with the bride's black hair so it will do the job.

Loved it!!! It fit around my head perfectly! I even had enough room for a wig underneath. Real metal and a real sweet deal. Sweet job man.

If you have a smaller head this isn't going to fit you at all. Lucky for me I wear it over my wig. It was easy to bend into a rounder shape. And comfy.

Had to bend this slightly to fit, but it was worth every penny.

The circlet came bent and broken and I couldn't fit it around my head at all. I would definitely advise not purchaseing this this item.
