It's not all blue.
I haven't used the brush much so can't yet comment on durability but have no complaints in that regard, so far. And I like the design of the brush. The one tiny thing that irks me is that, for reasons I won't bore you with, I was looking for a solid blue brush. None of the pictures show that the bristles, inside an outer ring of blue bristles, are white. That is, unless you scroll down the page to see some customer's pictures that do show the white. Unfortunately, I didn't see them in time. I think at least one of the pictures provided by the seller should show the white bristles.

Handle flawed when used for aggressive scrubbing.
The handle ruined this product for me. The cushioned grip is nice as long as it stays on; however, it kept slipping off the handle as I scrubbed which was very frustrating. I was cleaning outdoor patio furniture and I was constantly getting the entire brush wet. If you aren't getting the handle wet then this may not be a problem. However, another problem I ran into was that the handle will bend down if using a lot of pressure to scrub. I ended up with a blister on my knuckle due to the constant friction of my knuckle against the plastic under the handle as I scrubbed.
