Been buying this for decades and it’s so delicious! I add chilled coffee or frozen fruit. Blends really nice and kind of thick, depending on what you add to it. It’s like a milkshake, but very healthy!

Best DIY Smoothie Meal Replacement!
I have used this before with great satisfaction!Recently, I was diagnosed with a rare auto-immune disorder that affects appetite and causes weight loss. It can also lead to sudden stroke and / or blindness and is only treatable with high dose steroids and / or other immune suppressants! So I wanted to address the nutritional supplementation as best and in the most wholesome and concentrated fashion as possible. I ordered vanilla Spirutein, immediately!I also ordered an organic green powder for more B vitamins, and an organic red and green powder for mega nutrition, as desired! WHAT A BLESSING!!!I use any sort of milk or fruit juice for the liquid, add in the recommended scoop of Spirutein base, 1/2 scoop of green powder, 1 full scoop of red powder and 1/4 cup of applesauce (which I include as a “prebiotic”). The red powder is very multi-berry flavored (which I crave right now), but has many other fruits and veggies, including beets, to boost the immune system.My smoothie is very soothing and feels so good to me. I can consume an entire or only a partial serving at a time, whatever I feel like. Since I live in a remote area where goods and services are limited, I am so grateful to Amazon for the availability of these potentially life saving products, at a time when I am so wiped out!!!Highly recommended!

Makes a Difference
Vanilla tastes great. I add a banana for extra vitamins and flavor but happy with the vanilla. I see a difference in my energy level and productivity when I have a glass.

Great Product
You can't taste the powder, it blends well in my smoothies. Compared to other protein powder products I like that it is 'not' gritty and does 'not' have that weird overload vitamin flavor. It is the best I have ever used.

Good stuff, taste was OK
Clean protein. Taste was OK. The nutrients in it are good and like it for a good protein boost with some extra good stuff for my body. It mixed well as I just use water and a shaker cup.
