Don't waste your money!!!!
Very disappointed in this product. I purchased it for my brother and sister-in-law. They both work at the hospital for long shifts and I thought it would be neat if they could check in on their son while they're working. Also, they live out of state so I thought that the features would be awesome for the out-of-town family to be able to see the baby as well. However, this product was extremely difficult to setup, even for me being a tech-support rep in computers. Eventually my brother was able to set it up with assistance from the company. You have to constantly have the app running on your phone/ipad/computer in order for the monitor to run. You also have to purchase the app for $12-$15 in order to use it on your phone/computer/tablet. I wish I would have never bought them this because I purchased it as a baby shower gift, months before the baby was born. By the time they got around to setting it up for when the baby was about to be born, the company would not allow me a refund (even though I still had the receipt, all of the packaging, and the product was in mint condition). They ended up buying a different (AND FAR LESS EXPENSIVE) baby monitor that does the same thing. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Good Product at first, Not built to last.
I bought this product because is worked with iPhone and Android. It had decent reviews so I gave it a shot. Once it is set up it is awesome. BUT....the set up can be really hard and involves port forwarding via your router. If you have no idea what port forwarding is stop now and buy something that comes with a monitor. Like I said it is a great product once you get it set up but is not for beginners.Supposedly, they have tech support which can help but since I didn't use them I have no idea of their level of competence.Update:After about 6 months of use our camera died. I was really pissed off, since it cost so much money. I called the manufacturer and they sent out a brand new one that day with no hassle at all. I returned the broken one free of charge. No problems ever since. We got another security camera since then and it can't even come close for picture quality. The only down side is it doesn't pan, tilt or zoom.Update 2: 2 years in and the regular camera function doesn't work anymore. Only the infrared. I am really not pleased with how the product has stood up over time. Get some thing cheaper, it will probably last longer.

Bought my second Wifi baby
These work quite well with the Baby Monitor HD app that is mentioned in the Wifi Baby's paperwork - though I didn't like having to pay $12 for this app after spending almost $300 on this monitor. I think that the app should be free with purchase. The monitor can be configured to alert when there's movement within a certain sections of the viewed area. It can also be configured to take pictures when there's said movement and email it to an account of your choice. Instead of movement, you can also configure it to take pictures at an interval of your choice. My favorite features are the internet streaming for free (all you need to know is your public IP address) and the squelch which allows custom settings to suppress the background noise and alert you when sound surpasses the level you set. In the end, it should be priced a little lower with its lack of a two-way communication, no music playing means and non-HD camera. But I do own two, so I do like the product.

Camera is ok, EXTRA costs are horrible ***UPDATED***
The camera works fine, the images are clear and the sound comes with only 3 to 5 seconds delay. Unfortunately I don't like the fact that it doesn't register the room temperature like other baby cameras do; you would have to buy an extra item and configure it for that. What really gets me upset, though, is the fact that other than the camera expenses you need to spend $12.99 to buy the app (over $25 if you have 2 phones- mommy and daddy) I just discovered that for configuring the camera I would have to pay an extra $19.99 dollar to get somebody to help me!!! First time is "included with the camera" but if you accidentally need to change the modem of your internet and need to start over again like it happened to me...I would have to spend almost 20 dollars to get somebody to help me out. CRAZY!!!***UPDATE Jul 29th 2014***Jeff is the man!!!I was on the phone with him for over one hour for problems related to MY computer and he was patient and amazing, he fixed everything and now my camera is up and running! I had to pay the $19.99 fee and that's why I'm giving the camera only 4 stars but in the end...as long as I can see my baby when I'm not home and the camera works fine and the image is sharp!
