We tried a dozen products recommended by professionals to treat my mom's bedsores after hospitalization. This was also recommended by a home health nurse but this one actually worked. You do have to keep applying it for a few weeks (bedsores just don't want to heal!). It's expensive but its good. I'd buy it again in a minute if we need it.

Gone through a bunch of these and only negative is the price - a bit ridiculous.

I have a punch biopsy on my leg that wasn’t healing. Tried 2different antibiotics, and 2 prescribed ointments without improvement over 4 months.I tried Iodosorb. After 3 weeks of iodidorb the wound is starting to close. Great product. May be totally healed by week 4 or 5.

A few years ago I was given this when I went to a wound doctor. Recently I had a wound on my foot that was gooyey and not healing. I found this on Amazon and was so happy cause I knew it worked before. I put a very small amount on wound covered with a band-aid for 24 hours then washed with saline & repeated process. Within 3 days it was almost healed. It's the best when normal stuff doesn't! It seems expensive but you use such a small amount this will last a year or more. Cheaper than going to wound doctor for sure!

I came across this product after I had surgery on my leg and, for a while, had to pack the incision, using strips of cloth on this gel. It's purpose is to draw out fluids and release iodine to prevent infection. When I had a bad cut on my hand recently, I remembered it and used what I still had to cover the would with a bandage over it. This really produces results faster than any other treatment I have used.
