A tablespoon in glass of hot water sweetened with a teaspoon of honey and wallah! Not groggy but just relaxed. Works well and reasonably priced at least for Camu Camu.

I add 1/4 t of this to my boyfreinds yogurt everyday for his lunch. He works at a school and hasn't gotten sick yet this year (knock on wood)
