Calms, tones, and hydrates! My favorite toner ever!
I've been using this toner for a while now and I've tried a bunch this is by far my favorite. It really helps even out my skin tone I get red irritated patches especially in the winter time and while using retinol products and this stuff is like magic for calming and toning. It's also very hydrating. I highly recommend!!
