What a GREAT idea
What a great idea this product is. Before this my Fire TV Cube sat on the top of my entertainment center next to a speaker. Needless to say I have had to YELL at Alexa to get her to hear me. I no longer need to do that.FABULOUS JOB

The fire cube wall Mount is great. It’s easy to handle and it fit nice and neat on the wall. Love it! The price is good.

It’s OK
Nice concept except for… If you want mount the tray with the cable inputs facing downward, the slot at the bottom of the tray is not wide enough to accommodate a most HDMI plug/ends. This was disappointing. I’ll either have to modify the slot or buy an HDMI plug with a slimmer plug/end.

Meh. Not bad.
A couple of nice things... It gets mounted in such a way that some of the cables point up to giving hidden behind the TV. And it holds the fire cube well enough. It also faces the microphones that are normally on top of the fire cube outward towards you so it hears *a little* better. Downfalls.... The sound from the fire cube audio is muffled some because the speaker from the fire cube is pointed towards the floor now instead of pointing outward towards the room itself. And, though it holds the thing well, it is just a pretty cheap piece of plastic. $16 seems a lot for it.

Out of cats' reach
We love the fire cube (at least most of the time). However, our cats also found it entertaining and frequently turned off the mic. Maybe they really are plotting to take over the world and didn't want Amazon Alexa to know? For whatever reason, we really needed to move the cube and save it from feline interference. This did the job. I get that not everyone wants their little cube hung up in plain sight on the wall, it's not exactly a piece of art. However, it's not only out of reach, but we also stuck our digital indoor antenna (a small black rectangle that looks like it MIGHT be a cutting board if it wasn't for the black wires) up there. Sure, there are also wires showing and everything is black so that it really shows against off white walls...but it is what it is.It's plain, black, utilitarian, and does the job. We're happy.

Works...
So I would say, design good enough, but price point a tad too high for what it is. For the price point I expect to be a tad more robust.I used these to mount the Cube on the back of the TV itself (for the free standing ones that get moved around). On another, that we use outside, and is removable/bring in when not being used, I used acrylic tape and tywraps to mount it to the extended arm (all the rear mounting holes are used up by the VESA mount). For the one on the back of the TV, the TV is free standing, so I drilled a new hole in this mount, right between the existing mounting holes. So the weight was centered on the one screw, and using acrylic mounting tape to be sure it doesn't till and added support. Used a mounting hole on the back of the TV normally used for a VESA wall mount. Worked great.I don't care about the IR on the Cube and using the voice commands, so mounting choices are wide open since the Cube remote is bluetooth/RF, and the remote has IR for the TV when you point it at it.I use the Cube over the stick for the CPU power and onboard storage.

Mounted in Man Cave
I have a 65" TV in the Man Cave and I try to keep as much off the floor as possible. As a result, mounting my Fire TV Cube on the wall to keep it up and out of the way was a must, especially so kids couldn't touch it. This wall mount mad that task very easy and now my Fire TV Cube is up, out of the way, and Above my TV without any problems. The instructions were easy to follow and I'm very happy with this product. Oh, one more note: This product gives multiple options for how you want to run the cables (Up, Down, sideways), which was very good for me since I mounted mine above the tv and not below it.Overall, I give this product 5 stars. However, I tried to take some pictures, but they didn't turn out as well as i would have liked (It's dark in the Man Cave). As a result, while I give the product 5 stars, I only give my photography 2 stars, haha. Regardless, I'm very happy with this product and definitely recommend it :-)

It works really well, is easy to install, and inexpensive
It works really well, is easy to install, and inexpensive. I did not use the dry wall anchors. The screws alone were perfect for my wall.

Not new design / Faulty old design
I was impressed to see they had found a fault with their design and made a correction to the product, so I purchased it, I was not impressed to see they sent the faulty design they identified as having issues with bending when they clearly show in their final photo how they have identified and corrected the issue

Not the "NEW" model
Like other reviewers, did not get the 'new and improved' model as advertised. Come on Genie Mount/Amazon...get your act together!
