Definitely not Dell's
I ordered two sled's, both sled's are a decent copy of Dell's, and they look and function great... Until you actually mount the drives and try and slide them in the server. They slide in 3/4th's just fine, but that last quarter of the way, you have to manhandle them in a bit more than you should. Dell's slide in perfectly and there is that reassuring thunk, when you close the tray. If you need a very cheap solution, these do work, 100% functional, just not quite as nice as originals.

I got them to work, but they were a pain
I ordered 4 Drive Caddies and they arrived promptly and well packaged. I then tried to attach them to Seagate 2TB SAS drives. As I tried to insert the screws, the screws would not go in straight. Even though visually it appears that the holes line up, they are just slightly off preventing the screws from going in. Additionally, the screw heads are very soft and strip very easily. I used a 11/64th inch drill bit and slightly enlarged the holes. Then I was able to carefully tighten the screws. Once the drives were installed into the caddies, the caddies inserted easily into the server.

Four Stars
They fit my T610 and operate correctly. The screw hole labels are not for SATA drives.

Better off buying used Dell OEM carriers they're about the same price and much better quality
I tried to mount both SAS and SATA drives but the holes were so far off that the screw striped right off. The supplied screws felt like butter or aluminum because they were low quality and so soft. I returned them and purchased Dell OEM drive carriers instead which fit like a charm.I originally purchased these because how can something so simple as aligning the screw holes be so difficult to manufacture? If almost every case manufacture can make drive mounts that fit standard 3.5" drives why can't this company make a simple drive carrier. The layout of SATA and SAS drives haven't changed in like forever, this isn't rocket science I just don't understand how they can fail at something so simple.

Not sure if OEM or not. Fit is OK, not perfect.

Works Just fine.
Works just fine. When compared to the ones from dell it is a lttle crooked. I will still continue to order/use more of them.

OEM Quality.
I bought mine from seller: Mercurry. And if they're not OEM, then this is one of the best copies i've come across. High quality, fits the drives right, fits my R710/T710's great. Shipped fast. Highly recommend these.
