Green Tea & Peppermint Gummies 100mg - Gluten Free, Non-GMO, Antioxidant/Mineral Rich Supplement - 90 Count

I had hoped these would give me a little extra energy on a daily basis, that’s why I bought them. Green tea capsule supplements seem to work to varying degrees, depending on brand, so I thought I’d try these gummies. I seriously doubt they have the green tea content that is on the label, I can eat 6 or more at a time without any stimulating effect. That’s supposedly 300mg plus of green tea. (I didn’t start out taking that much at once, I worked my way up to it over several days in an attempt to get the results I was seeking.) Maybe if I ate 10 gummies it would frrextra energy but then they would become expensive to I think they taste ok, not great, but ok, so I would have bought a truckload of these gummies if they had even given me a little extra pep. As it is, I don’t plan to buy these again.

Out of nowhere I started getting heartburn. I never had it before, I got some Tums, and crunched some down. An hour later heartburn is bad as ever, I went for my Husband's Prilosec, at which time he pointed out that it doesn't work right away. Hmmmmm, I couldn't stand the thought of more chalky crunch Tums, so I decided to try the Prilosec and wow he was right cuz they didn't work right away or ever, because I took them several days in a row hoping the heartburn would go away, and the heartburn was still there. My sister who takes a more natural approach to health problems showed me this gummy that balances the atmosphere of the gut and after 2 servings, just 4 gummies, my heartburn subsided. Shock. I take them everyday and I can look back and say good riddance to the heartburn, and hello to not having to worry that I will suffer again from heartburn. And I feel better overall and I am so glad that I get relief without krazy khemicles. The taste is not as bad as some have said, tho it's not as delicious as gummy bears, it's sugar free and WORKS!

I don’t feel anything from these.

The taste is pretty good. It's more cost and space effective for the price compared to energy drinks. Only problem is that you have to take 2 at a time meaning it lasts for a month and a half.

These made me very sick. I have taken other green tea gummies. Not sure what it was about these

Taste better & easier to swallow than pill.Taste could probably be slightly better…

I am going to order again.. the gummies don't stick yo my teeth.. I like that about them.
