It's just not good!
There are plenty of different versions here on Amazon of the same tablet with the same technology and they all suck. Sorry if you already paying $15-$20 it should reasonable work well.Overall the device is nice in design but that's where it stops.My first issue was that the pen did not write and eventually figured out that there is a certain pressure point on a specific side that allows you to write on it. Well the next issue was that the stroke is so thin that you can't see it under normal light conditions and any stroke is basically invisible when your body projects a shadow over the tablet which in 99% will happen when you lean over it and try to write it.NOW the biggest thing is that it claims to be 12inch !!! Which is a lie! This thing is 8 inch. I have true 11 inch sized Blackboard (as you can see in the pictures).Don't waste your time - invest the $5 extra in a name product than these cheap and unusable knock offs.

Nice quality, but basically doesn't erase
Out of the box this appears to be a pretty nice quality product. Unfortunately the "erase" functionality basically just doesn't work. As soon as I opened it I drew on it and then hit the trashcan button and basically the image I drew erased by maybe 20%. I clicked the button a few more times and just couldn't get it to completely erase. Wrote on it a few more times and within 5 minutes there was just a lot of visible faded writings on the screen that would not go away. Immediately returned as defective.

Can not talk...then Write it!!!
I can not talk any more due to removing my voice box to get all the throat cancer out. I have a Trach and while in the hospital one of the Rehab Nurses say me using a $1.00 dry erase board and trying to get it cleaned with anything and always trying to find the pen to use, it would always get lost in my covers or fall on the floor, so she gave me a small NEWYES tablet to use and WOW I Love it!!! It is so easy to use and I never loose my Pen and no more going through a box of tissues to erase it!!! I would highly recommend this Tablet!!! The first day she gave it to me I got on the phone and ordered me a Large one!!! I will order one for every room....At the price I paid for this tablet I can afford to put one in every room!!!!

Not worth the money
It kept falling off my fridge because the magnets kept falling off till I glued them on, and when you write on it it is very dark. I expected it to be brighter because the pictures shoe it brighter. Maybe a good gift for a 5 yr old to doodle on, but not for a message board for the fridge. In the photo I included there is a message written on the board and you can barely see it.

Barely works
It at first did not work—would not erase. I tried to change the battery, which was nearly impossible. Funny enough when I got the battery halfway out but not all the way, then gave up to keep from breaking the item so that I could return it, then it suddenly started working. It doesn’t write very brightly but it does erase now. This comes directly from China in the mail so BEWARE!!!! I think returning it may be difficult.

If I could I would give it zero stars because it is so thin that it fell on the floor and it broke.......in half amazon give me my money back now and i through away the tablet before reviewing this so i couldn't take a picture

Fun for all ages
I purchased for my two year old to keep him occupied at restaurants. He took it to daycare and it was a huge hit with the rest of the kids 2-4.I find his 12 year old sister playing with it constantly.

Works as described. Writing clear. Nice size. Wish pen could be attached by cord.
