Great product! Works well and filters are convenient to purchase. FYI: when the light on the power starts blinking yellow, it’s time to change the filter. Once the filter has been changed, you’ll have to press and hold the power button until it turns green again and then you’re all set to go. I would recommend this product!

This thing works. I recently started renting a 1-bedroom house that I am absolutely in love with, but something in the bedroom was triggering my asthma (dust, mold, cat hair, maybe pollen, who knows). Every night when I’d get into bed my chest would tighten up and I found myself reaching for my rescue inhaler for the first time in many, many years. I got this because I needed a 2-in-1 purifier and dehumidifier because my bedroom gets humid too and my landlords recommended using a dehumidifier. On Day 1, as soon as I plugged in the Sorbi I could feel it doing its job. I have not needed my rescue inhaler once since using it and I’m sleeping so much better now. The controls are very user-friendly and it’s easy to empty and clean the water tank. As far as sound goes, the high setting is fairly noisy (akin to a large fan running next to you) and the low setting is impressively quiet to me, just above a whisper. It does not prevent me from falling asleep at all. I will say the controls are kind of bright at night, so you may want to cover those if you are sensitive to light at night. But maybe I just need to see if those can be dimmed. And I was awoken before by the sound of water dripping into the tank on dehumidifier mode, so I now switch that off when sleeping and only run that part during the day. I love, love, love this little powerhouse and I will not be without one henceforth. 10/10 highly recommend!

I've been on the road for the past 4 months for work and wanted a air purifier/dehumidifier to help with some of allergies that I was dealing with. This little machine has done an amazing job, I've noticed better air quality when i get home and the water reservoir is typically full after 24 hours.I've had to move twice since buying it and it's incredibly light and easy to pack.So far the air filter hasn't needed to be replaced but looking at the cost for the filters, I don't think that it will break the bank when it comes time.Over all, I am incredibly happy with the Tenergy Sorbi!

Ivee been using this unit for the past 4 yrs. still works great at pulling out the humidity and giving us fresh clean air. I have to change the Hepa filter a few times or more a year. But that depends on how bad the environment is and what gets brought in the house. IT small I have to empty it every day when its humid out. ITs in a small bedroom. Amazed tho at how much moister it pulls for such a little thing.

Working well right away ! It’s quiet and there is a definite improvement in the air quality. The humidity is noticeably reduced. I tried 2 other dehumidifiers and though they collected water , they were noisy.

Compact, easy to use and clean!The entire lid comes off the water holding tank. I have had no issue dumping the water. Some reviewers who said they pour the water out of a small hole obviously haven’t taken the lid off and are misrepresenting the product. Opening the lid allows you to dump water and clean the entire tank really easily.This dehumidifier has worked very well for the month I have been using it. It has kept the closet fresh by reducing the moisture and filtering the air. I would recommend this product.

Based on how quickly the collection tank fills, clearly the dehumidifier function is effective. I have no comment on the effectiveness of the air filter, which I haven't replaced -- the air in my walk-in close doesn't need to be filtered. It runs quietly.The user interface is horrendous, with easily-triggered touch controls, each with an LED, mostly all the same color. Instead of on or off to indicate state, they have a green on and another green off LED next to each other. It's hard to tell from an distance (I keep the unit on the floor) what the state is, and if you touch the top surface, it's easy to accidentally change the state of things. I don't see how they could have done a worse job on that part of the product. It's the worst I've ever experienced.Given the size of the unit, they could have designed a larger water tank, and the could have included a way to see how much it's filled without pulling it out and popping off the top. My old, smaller dehumidifier had a clear plastic bottom, which was the tank. Speaking of the tank -- it's a very clumsy design. It stops dehumidifying when the tank is full (or when you accidentally touch the button on top) to the top. It's very clumsy to handle and empty without spilling the contents on the floor.Summary: Good at dehumidifying, but somewhat of a torment to use.
