Nice and soft, decent size for mid-size cats or kittens, seems like it wouldn't fall apart fast.Only issue is that the 3 holes in the floor of 3rd level den did not line up on the 3 support posts below them despite following instructions to the letter. Had to make a choice between 2 of the 3 holes as screwing them in will make the 3rd hole an inch out of place with the strut hole. Not great, will need to make our own hole but lack the tools.Edit: our kitten loves it

I have 4 cats and a tiny kitten. This product has plenty of room for all of them!! Although, being cats they took it in their stride to decide when to explore this new contraption and played with the box for several days studiously ignoring the large cat tree. Eventually one by one they claimed a section and now all enjoy using it to look down on the others! My only gripe are the hanging balls. They where ripped of within an hour of vigorous play.... need to be attached in a different way.

Really poor value for money - cheap and tacky -only just big enough for one kitten so will be useless in another few months when they are grown. Easy to follow instructions but a right faff on steps 1 and 2 as the boxes are soft so you have to screw in pillars to steady them. Screw hole on top part also not aligned so could not secure properly - would not waste your money.

This Multi-Level Cat Tree Tower when assembled is sturdy and well made, however there was one slight problem - two holes on the top 'room' were in the wrong place so I had to drill new holes for the bolts to fit, not a problem but if I didn't have a drill it would have been annoying to have almost completed the construction and not be able to finish it.

Very good value for money. I managed to assemble it myself in about an hour and a half. Quite sturdy and stable and looks really good. My cat explored it straight away and loves being on the top platform. Would definitely recommend.

My cats love their new cat tree, there have already been a few brawls over it. It's really sturdy and easy to put together. I do suggest reading the instructions as there are lots of parts but they are very clear to follow. All of my cats love it, even my chonk cat sits on the top with no issues.

Cat loves it and we had a lot of fun putting it together! Some of the fur fabric started to rip after just a few weeks but this has added to the fun as the cat can now launch sneak attacks through the holes.

Afraid the cat didn't want to be around for the photos, but rest assured she spends most of her time in it otherwise.I've built several cat trees over the years, many of them are pretty horrible to put together with difficult construction and sharp edges but this isn't like them. All surfaces are covered in soft edges and it is obvious with the well written instructions how it all goes together. If you're needing a stylish space for your cat to hide and snooze in, this is the one.
