Works like charm but came stained
Stainless steel was stained so thats not great, works and looks great otherwise, in retrospect wish i got a wifi one because my cooktop has a wifi option.

Quality product for a good price
One challenge was with installation. My model came with slide over tube over tube, instead of split tube, which made for less flexible installation. In the end, i was able to make a sound installation.Otherwise this is a great product, quality built. Noise level is pretty low. On high speed, it is lower than human voice.

looks beautiful. haven't been able to test how it works with steam, but I will update once my cooktop comes in.

Incorrect directions made it really tough
The instructions weren't correct for this product and it made the installation very difficult. We spent a very long time trying to figure out how the one piece would work, when the directions showed it in two pieces. Please fix the directions and then this product would be great. Looks great now that it's installed.
