Good product for pet with chicken allergy, no problems

I purchased this product on the advice of my vet. My Shih Tzu Mia Belle developed very sever allergic symptoms and we tried everything from shots to medicine to help her. The vet told us to change her food she may be allergic to something in her food. Since we switch around 4 of our favorite kinds we knew it wasn't any of them but once we switched to Blue Basics Salmon and Sweet potato it took two weeks and she was back to her old self! Her hair has since grown back in and the constant itching has stopped (thank God). And her smell is back to normal also.

As my dog has gotten older, she has developed a sensitive stomach. This food has no chicken byproducts and works well for her.

This food is a life saver! My young beagle/jack russel mix is allergic to poultry and this food saved us needing to biy him the much more expensive, much less tasty prescription food at the vet. Most other foods that are salmon, limited ingredients will have chicken or poultry in it. This is the only food I’ve found that actually has only the salmon. Thank you blue buffalo. My dog is my happy boy again and he is no longer itchy and suffering. Thank you so very much!!

I purchased this product—this expensive product—in March and just realized that it was three months out of date when I received it. We have a small dog and she is now eating food that is six months out of date with only a fourth of the bag consumed. This is completely unacceptable and fraud.
