Original Panama Hat - Classic Fedora - Many Colors - Toquilla Straw - Handmade in Ecuador by Ecua-Andino

I love this hat. It is replacing a vintage 1950's Royal Stetson Panama Hat that is heavier and darker, that I got wet in a rain. i wear 7 1/8 or 7 1/4 depending on the brand and style so I ordered large. The sizing inserts made it fit well, but next time I will order a medium. I love the genuine toquilla straw instead of paper or paper/polyester "straw" hats.

I bought this hat in Fuchsia and it looks even better in person! The fit is perfect and you can tell it was made with love. They have so many great colors that I want to buy more!!

This hat does not fit, is poor quality, way overpriced, and there is a no return policy. Move on and find another hat!

Very pleased with these Ecuadorian hand made Panama hats!! I took a chance, and ordered two hats (off white and navy blue). They look and fit great! Quality craftsmanship! Very quick delivery time! My wife and I were so impressed, that I ordered 3 more hats! (One for a good friend.)Oh, and they were shipped in a cardboard box, with protective packing; NOT sent in a plastic bag (like some hat sellers).

It's a nice looking hat but fragile. There is a spot on top that has both started to fray and discolor from rubbing on the top of the door frame of my car as I get in and out after only a handful of times. I've learned to be extra vigilant about that. The black color must be a coating,the exposed part is like a bamboo or dried grass color.

I'm a musician. I like this hat. I wasn't crazy about the black hat and that came with the hat, so I bought a red hat and separately, as shown above in the photo.
