Product is good, Air flow is not sufficient.
This product I was purchased first time, but delivery not good. product and packing both are damaged, I replaced but again product delivered damage condition. Design fan is Very good but Air Flow not Sufficient. Easy to use through remote. You can see may photos and videos this fan's glass was broken, but i was apply glue perfectly.

needs guidelines installation,electrician cannot install. provide mobile number of technician
Nice fan with decorative ligjting, but needs some guidelines for installation, normal electrician cannot install this fan.

Fan stopped working within 2 years.
I bought this product in 2018, installation is bit difficult but the seller helped a lot in installation, but after 2 years my fan stopped working and it’s difficult to repair or connect with seller.

its not meant for the roof where false ceiling already exists, installation diagram missing
installation diagram or guidelines were not provided and tried to reach them online but there was not contact details found, still it is not fixed after these many months. after seeing this if company representative guides us for installation, that would be great.
