MDS 3.0 Care Plans Made Easy 1 Spi Pap/st Edition

The book is what I needed to help me write effective care plans, however the pages were crimped and stuck together. It looked like someone had spilled a pitcher of water on it. I am able to use the book effectively however I was disappointed with the amount I paid for the book and the condition of the book were not complimentary.

Care Planning in tangent with the MDS 3.0 specifically was a good refresher for renewing my critical thinking skills and putting it down on paper.

Very very good with open option for including "I" careplans. Once downloaded the careplans are easy to fill in and make client centered

Care plans are on the CD but the all have the same name. Could have named it in stead I have to go through all to fing what I need (disease)

This book did not cover many areas of the MDS sufficiently, such as cognition and ADLs. I was disappointed, considering the cost.

Just getting started enjoying this information... love the fact that care plans are on a disc as well as in print...Great tool for implementing "I care plans"!

I received the book in great condition. I plan to get a lot of use from the book.

Books is easy to follow. Would be better if pages could be pulled out to be accesed for use as needed.
