My digestive system has not been the same since pregnancy and this really has helped make me more regular again. Glad I don’t have to worry about relying on laxatives and that this is gentle and mixes well in just about anything. There’s no taste even when mixed in plain water and it mixes quickly and without clumps.

This seems to work well for me, recommended for my IBS. So, the product is good, but it is annoying that the larger supply comes in an oversized plastic container. Very bad packaging! So I pay extra for the 30 day supply, which annoys me.

It dissolves easily, has no taste and works well.

I have purchased many products looking for improvement with my digestion issues and unfortunately not much helped. I decided to try Regular Girl after reading so many positive consumer reviews and to my surprise after about two weeks I experienced much improvement. I'm truly grateful I took a chance and tried it and intend to add Regular Girl to my daily supplement routine.

Where has this product been all my life?! I got immediate results without the discomfort that other products gave me. No bloating, no pain, keeps ya girl regular. It mixes easily with my coffee (hot or cold) or smoothies in the AM and I can go about my day. I bought the 30 day supply to give it a test but now getting the 90-day….. the relief is worth the price.

I tried the regular girl starter kit first. It tasted bad but worked wonders. That packaging is colored pink. This orange colored bag doesn’t have as much of a taste. It’s supposed to the same, but this does not feel the same. While I still feel benefits, I am waking up with headaches after using these. I didn’t have this problem with the pink colored packaging, which is only colored that way to distinguish it as trial size or travel ready.

After trying many other products from drugstore shelves, I came across this product. I highly recommend it to everyone I know. It's nothing like the other products sold that everyone knows about. This is like a great secret for digestive health. It cures constipation and keeps you regular. It has absolutely no taste at all. One scoop a day is all you need. It can go in hot or cold drinks. However, you cannot have ice cubes in the drink or it will clump and you cannot use a carbonated drink or it will clump. There is absolutely no taste. It seems expensive at $30 a bag but honestly it lasts an entire month and it's really life-changing. If you're on the fence about trying it go for it. This is the best product I have found. I cannot recommend it highly enough! Kudos to the women who founded the company and designed this product.

So for the first 3 mos this product wasn't working for me. I have IBS-C. I was about to give up, then re-read the instructions and realized I should have been mixing it with room temperature water or something cold like a smoothie or milk. I had previously mixed it into my HOT black tea latte every morning and I believe it was killing off the good prebiotic in it. I started mixing it at room temperature water on empty stomach first thing in the morning. After alittle over a week I noticed increased BMs. I then increased it to 2x a day...morning and evening and after another week or so I'm officially regular for the first time in forever and having at least one BM daily. Success! It tastes great in just water with just a bit of sweetness so I don't mind at all. I will definitely continue buying this product followed by incorporating more and more healthier clean foods and meals to help the product work even better.
