This is a Fantastic resource for gluten free living!!
This book was an amazingly huge help when I first started my gluten-free diet. I wanted a book that would answer all the questions i had, and also the ones i didnt know i had! Danna Korn has written a very funny, yet extremely informative book that would help any person dealing with celiac disease, whether its them selves, or another family member or friend. There are recipes, and chapters dedicated to many subjects, many of which are questions likely on your mind, like how to dine out, what to do when traveling, what you can, or cant have, etc etc. This book is PERFECT for some one just starting out with gluten free living, who has no idea what they are doing. I wouldnt reccomend it particularly to those who have been on the diet for a while, as its just stuff you probably have already heard. but its good to have either way, because you can show, or lend it to ppl who have questions about your "eccentric" diet.

Excellent resource for information on Celiac Disease
This book was recommended to me, and I pass along the recommendation. It is an excellent resource of information about Celiac Disease - whether you are an adult or have a child requiring a gluten free diet. Many excellent references and support ideas in the book. Can be referred to over and over again.

good for celiac
I have an interesting situation where I am allergic to gluten, corn, white potatoes...this book only addresses Wheat - and many of the alternative foods they suggest are corn and potatoes. So it is useful in the sense that if you only have wheat allergies then it's a great reference. If you have other stuff going on I wouldn't suggest it.

Very Informative!!
I highly recommend this book to anybody looking to live the gluten free lifestyle. It's full of knowledgeable facts from a mother of a child with celiac disease. She knows her stuff!!! I read the book and use it often as a reference to foods I should/shouldn't eat. I also love the symptoms and useful advice about living gluten free. I feel much more knowledgeable about the subject after reading this book! I also love the recipes!! :)

Wheat-Free, Worry-Free
Too long, too detailed which are a waste of a page or two, maybe three. Otherwise, I learned a few things and every now and then I'll go back where I left off.

This book has a lot of great information that is well organized. You can read the entire book, or just specific chapters that you are more interested in. It covers all the important details of Celiac disease and wheat intolerance.
