Newport Vessels 55lb thrust shear pin - this is the one
So this is a tiny bit shorter than the "stock" Newport Vessels 55Lb thrust trolling motor shear pin, but almost the exact diameter. The 50 count bag should be a lifetime supply unless you run you motor over rocks or stumps on a daily basis, and at $7.99 for 50 pieces vs the same price for 3 or 4 pieces for an "official" trolling motor version, this is "the way" (as millennials seem to like to say).

Good quality pins
Only needed 3 pins but had to buy a whole package of them. Luckily it was only around $5. They worked great to replace pins lost in a move.

Exactly as described
When you need exactly 3x40mm, any tiny variation could be a problem. These fit perfectly.

Wrong size... 2 times AND poor quality
The package says it's 5mm diameter. In reality, it's just over 2mm.Finish on ends of rollers is quite rough. Nothing like shown in the product photos.FIND ANOTHER VENDOR FOR SURE. THIS ONE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT WHAT THEY SEND THE CUSTOMER.
