Battery Problem
I could use the product for couple of years, Product works fine and the display is very nice. But unfortunately the battery gave up (Bulged) and it stopped working.

Extremely accurate and easy to use.
Extremely accurate, pollution measurement goes up when window is open given high level of atmospheric pollution in Delhi these days, and goes down when air purifiers are put at full speed. Vital equipment.

Good monitor but NAQI (Indian AQI) should have been used
This monitor is good, accuracy is fine. The only issue I found is that it does not give Indian Air Quality Index (National AQI) numbers so please be careful while buying it. You might confuse US/Chinese AQI numbers shown in this monitor with Indian numbers shown on various Indian news channels and media. My suggestion: If you are selling an air monitor in India, you better make it suitable as per Indian conditions. NAQI numbers are used everywhere (including GRAP) and US/Chinese numbers don't make sense for India.

No after sales support for recaliberation
Don't buy, no after sales support. These products need to be calibrated frequently to get the correct data and company selling it doesn't even respond to customer queries, forget about calibrating them again.

Just a Monitor in the price of the Air purifier.
What is the purpose of this device? You guys must have made a air purifier, prices of the device is for the purifier but this is just a monitor. First but a purifier then again buy this. ๐จ
