Very good product overall, just the handles are a bit uncomfortable, would prefer a collar/pad where the rope meets the handle to avoid abrasion between the fingers. Otherwise great product!

I am using it for PT. It works well to strengthen my shoulder.

Don't understand the negative reviews. My pulley was not greasy and the strap was not too wide for the top of the door. Maybe one reviewer was jamming the end stop on the end of the strap in the top of the door? The end stop is supposed to stay on the other side of the door to keep the strap from sliding through the top of the door when it is closed and latched.

Just what I needed for my physical Therapy.
