I must admit to being a bit skeptical about this and other similar products. The Youtube videos made it look so easy, how could they all be fake. Well, they're not.My '13 Subaru is in excellent condition, except of course for the myriad parking-lot dings that other less considerate persons inflicted on my car. Nothing deep, but quite visible. Really annoying (don't get me started!)This product does not include a hot-glue gun, which in my case is just fine since I already own one. Following the simple illustrated directions I applied a dab of ordinary hot glue to the tip of the smallest foot, pressed it gently onto one of the dings and waited a minute or so for the glue to cool. Then using the nicely designed puller, turned the screw and -POP- off comes the foot, taking with it most of the glue.Absolutely amazing, the ding was gone after just one application. I felt like I'd just witnessed a little bit of mighty-fine-magic.Then moving on to the half-dozen or so other similar dings they disappeared one-by-one. I then cleaned off any remaining residue with the provided spatula, then a quick rub with alcohol and reapplied paste wax.I can't praise this product highly enough. I particularly appreciate the fact that the load bearing parts are all made of durable steel, this puppy is NOT going to break.Thanks and thanks again. You saved me aggravation and (if I had bothered) lots of expense having a body shop take care of this. Nicely done!

We had a small dent in our stainless steel fridge. It was only about half an inch across, but it was noticeable enough to be annoying. This kit was perfect - it was inexpensive enough that it was worth trying, even for a single use.And it worked fine. Reading through the review, I think I got lucky, but I was able to pull the dent out the first time, so it's 90% fixed. It was also a small shallow dent, so probably easy to fix.It helps to be careful, so I'd recommend reading the advice in the reviews: go slow, heat the glue for a while so you have time to stick it on well. I used my own glue gun, just a simple one for crafts, and it worked fine.Overall, this was a worthwhile purchase.

I was beyond satisfied by the performance of this dent remover tool. For 20 bucks it brings really all you need to remove any size dent. It even brings a glue gun and extra glue sticks. No false advertising here. I normally don't write reviews for products but this one worked too well for me not to. Someone had opened their car door into my door and made this annoyingly small dent that was really noticeable at least to me. I called a dent remover guy and he gave me a quote of $100 to remove this dent. So I decided to search the web for any other option than depending on someone else. I found this product, researched it a bit and read to some reviews. I decided to go through with this purchase knowing it only cost me $20 and I could return it through Amazon if it didn't prove to work. The day it got there I went to my car and did all the procedures I read online. Within 5 minutes after I started warming up the hot glue gun I had the dent removed almost to perfection. You could tell there was a dent there but you would have to look incredibly close. I am a very picky guy so for me to be satisfied with the result of this means it REALLY did work. If you're on the edge of buying this thinking its not going to work, just buy it.

I purchased it to remove a dent that I found in one of the back doors of my car, just in the center of the panel, and the worst part is that it was not a bump but a line, like if someone was trying to park very close to my car and made a scratch (without removing the paint) around 10 inches long. And it was deep. I knew that this tool would not be my salvation but it improved considerably the looks of the dent. The day I noticed the dent I saw it from 20 Ft. away, and now you have to look for it to see it. As it was long, I had to go little by little from the beginning to the end, and then go back again. It took me around 4 hours, but it worked. The result is not perfect but I am pleased. I gave it a try to remove a round dent that I have from a long time ago on the edge of the hood, and the dent disappeared in the first try. I started using the black glue stick that supposedly is more gentle but it was not enough powerful. The yellow one worked better. Be aware that if you leave the glue gun in "on" position during your work, the glue will continue pouring from the tip, so it is better to switch it to off as soon as you finish each application and then turn it on again when you need it. As it was hot and not much time passed, it will melt the stick very fast.

Does not work as advertised by the seller!

I bought it to fix few door dings on the car and to fix a large dent. I also bought the sliding hammer kit and extra glue sticks. As you see in the pictures, the dent is about 2 inches but not too deep and now it's gone. Here are few tips I want to pass on:1. When applying the glue do it while sitting next to the car, even short travel from the work bench to the car, 10 feet, dries the glue and it wouldn't stick.2. Apply LOTS of glue to cover the whole plug well and let it ooze out when pressing it to the car.3. Give the glue time to dry. At least 10 minutes even if the instructions said 4-5, give it more time.4. On the first attempt it pulled most of the dent but a small indentation was left. I used a smaller plug to take that out.5. Cleaning was easy, most of the glue came off with the plastic scrapper provided with the kit. The rest with some Naphtha solvent and a micro fiber towel took that off.I am impressed, now the next is to remove the big dent from the fender where my daughter hit the garage wall. It's about 4 inches long and 1 inch deep. I may want to use the slider first then work the rest. Will post updates.

I use it for my dent on my car and it work great to pull out. It help me to save few hundred of dollar.Reasonable deal I got.I do feel quality of product is not so great.

This tool is not effective, I bought it to fix hail stone damage on my car it didn't work!

the clue dont stick enough it pull off with little force so the dent dont come out

This product is amazing it really works. The main thing is boil the water close to boiling point and then put the water to the place where you want to work on dent (where the temperature is too cold). Then try the glue technique and it will stick for sure and dent will be pulled...Only issue is you will run out of glue sticks and It would be awesome if someone can link me the glue sticks only without the glue gun since I already have it in the package
