GreenpanValencia Pro Hard Anodised Healthy Ceramic Non-Stick Sauté Pan, PFAS Free, Induction, Oven Safe, Grey, 28 cm/4.2 Litre

This is the second Green Pan I've bought. Green Pans have some weight but not the ridiculous weight of Le Creuset pans. Or the stupid price.I haven't had either of my Green Pans for very long so I don't know if they wear well yet. So far, I've found they both cook food evenly and without burning. The non-stick is very effective and will hopefully last a long time as they're still quite expensive pans. The product description says this pan is a saute pan - I didn't notice that when I bought. The pan is 28cm in diameter and approx 7cm deep so not my idea of a saute pan. I fully expected it to come with a lid but it doesn't. That's another £18. I think it should have been included. I suppose, calling it a saute pan, probably means you don't have to include a lid.

I have a set of GreenPan saucepans and love them but wanted a larger pan for curries etc. The pan is great - heavy and really easy to clean. Just what I wanted. I marked down a star as it doesn’t have a lid (and should for the price). The table shown is a bit misleading as it says the sauté pans all do! Appreciate the commonly bought together should have been a hint!

**Edit** Within a couple of weeks the pan is rendered useless. The non stick is simply 'stick'. We cant cook fish or fried eggs or anything delicate on it now as it just sticks fast to the pan. Complete waste of money.Top quality pan. Very heavy though so make sure you're keeping up your bicep curl exercises! Wipes clean in seconds! Barely any need for oil as so non stick. Fantastic product.

The pan is well made, great quality and right weight. The only shame is “sticky” to everything you cook after one week. I carefully follow the instruction, but useless.

This pan is great I use it all the time. It is slightly heavy though

No lid included although was included in the item description. Nevertheless, a great pan.

I am generally happy with Green Pan products however the add here clearly says the pan comes with lid, and here we are, the lid is not included. This is false advertising

Very easy to cook any dish with mince meat ,the mix moves effortlessly around the pan when stirring. On completion so easy to clean the pan. Better than Teflon.
