Star Wars the Original Trilogy Stories

The media could not be loaded.  This book has a very good quality and amazing illustrations. It was beyond my expectations. One thing that was not quite right with the book i recieved was all the pages of the book were stuck to each other and i had to manually take them apart. Otherwise the storybook has all the 3 original trilogy stories and this book is a great collectible item in my opinion.

Really nice book.The stories of the original films condensed to something which is easily read to children. I read it to my kids and they love it.I've got a few of the Disney books which are condensed versions of the films and I have found some to be a little too brief and difficult to read, however I found that the star wars story worked very well. It describes the story very nicely and goes in to just the right level of detail. It is also written in a way that the children can enjoy it even though they've not seen the films. Something that other Disney film books struggle with (they seem to assume some prior knowledge of characters or relationships).The illustrations are also great. Interesting for the kids to look at while I read the story, while evoking great memories of the film for me.Very happy with the purchase, I would definitely recommend.

Really beautiful book, perfect for reading with my 5-year old and he'll be reading it himself soon. Wish there were books like this when I was little :)

My wife and I have most of the Disney Storybook Collection. We read a story every night to our toddler son. Star Wars is a great addition. Each chapter is true to the classic trilogy. And it's nice that most chapters give a few-sentence recap of the previous chapter(s). The only downside is that this book has a dust cover. I don't know why. Maybe it's a collector's piece. But when I use it for my young son, I'd rather not have the cover (of course, I can remove it). I would rather have the Darth Vader picture printed on the hard cover. But...only a SMALL critique to an otherwise great buy.
