Does not perform as advertised
Bought this Simix product for the first time 4 weeks ago. Customer service stinks, no one responds to phone calls or emails. Bought the all purpose cleaner for roof. I was better off using spit & snot. This product is a joke. I will never recommend this product. Use 70% water 30% pool chlorine solution.

Good Cleaner and kills white scale
I am using it primarily to control scale insects on my Sego palm trees. However, I also noticed the cleaner does a good job removing mold and mildew from concrete. As far as I can tell at this point it is also killing the scale on my trees.

Great bathroom cleaner!
Used it in bathroom shower where we had a pink mold on shower curtain. Mold has not returned. Also shower floor is less slippery. I would recommend Simix.
