Peanut Butter Kisses, 7.5 OZ (Pack of 2)

I bought these for my mom, who loves them. They had the old fashioned taste she remembers, kind of like Bit-O-Honey with a shot of peanut butter in the middle. More expensive than when you can find them in the store, but they are hard to find these days. She was very happy to receive them!

I was worried these would be too peanut butter tasting for me but there wasn't much flavor in them really. Not awful but a bit more flavor would help.

They were good could of had a little more peanut butter flavor. And they were not as big, looks like they are smaller.

These are smaller than the original PB kisses that apparently everyone but me hated getting in their trick-or-treat bag. That’s not the worst offense—I could have lived with smaller candies(it’s not like I need them anyway). The most brutal heresy is: they DO NOT have a dollop of peanut butter tucked inside! Not as advertised, Melster Candies!! There IS SOMETHING inside there. Be warned, you cannot see it if you merely BITE into the candy. You must carefully cut the kiss in two halves with a sharp knife. If you bite it and look, the taffy-like outer portion completely covers the inside “peanut-butter-like stuff (which I am NOT convinced is peanut butter)!

Was really hoping to find something to replace my favorite Necco peanutbutter kisses, but this isn't quite it.
