enjoying my new epilator
This is my very first epilator that I bought and I must say I'm impressed with this item. So far, I have used all the provided parts of the epilator, which includes the epilator, efficiency cap, shaver head, trimmer cap, cleaning brush except for the cooling liquid and the glove.Epilation itself is a painful process of removing hair, especially when removing the underms area, this is probably not the epilators fault. I should mention that my first try epilating my underarms was super painful, I almost teared my eyes. I wouldnt blame the epilator as I know and willingly agreed to tolerate the pain. So if you think you are not strong enough feeling pain then epilation may not be the method for you. However, epilating my arms and legs were not very painful, infact I would say it probably wasnt painful at all. But I guess it depends on individuals. The epilator is NOT chargable, it needs to be connected to the power outlet at all times of use, which I thought was advantageous as well as disadvantageous. Advantageous because it eliminates the use of batteries and you do not need to care about having enough charge on it for a long body epilation time. However, the fact that the epilator needs to be plugged in for usage requires the need to be near an outlet at all times. It is extrememly important that the epilator does not contact with water while it is plugged in.The provided parts such as the shaverhead, and the trimmer cap is quite useful too. shaverhead can be used for shaving, while the trimmer cap helps lessen the length of hair, I hope u know which hair I am referring to. The two differnt epilation caps are fun to use as one of them massages the skin, which I found interestingly cool. Even though it takes a several turns for a certain area to be completely smooth, but I believe it depwnds on the the hair growth as well.I personally have fine hair on my arms so Iits wasnt at all painful epilating my arms. My underarms have fine-medium hair growth so it was super painful epilatin there, I am really hoping I would get used to the pain and feeling some day.Cleaning the epilator can be annoying as it takes a while to clean with the brush, but certainly not impossible. Since this epilator can be opened to a certain extent cleaning becomes easier, just time consuming. Hpwever, the epilator can also be washed under running water, only when it is competely unplugged from any power source and turned off. Make sure, to comletely dry yourself as well as all ghe parts that were washed under water before putting it back into place and before the epilator is turned back on.First time epilating my underarms, I was able to get rid of atleast ninety five percent of the hair I had but it definitely took a few strokes to get to my desired results.Overall, I am enjoying my experience with the epilator as it does what I had expected of it except that I thought it would be chargable. I bought this item for 54 dollars and if it does not break for any unfortunate reason, I believe that purchasing this item will be worth spending my money. I am happy with almost everything about this epilator.

Fairly awesome as my first epilator
This is my first epilator and I’ve been using it regularly for about a month. Like you’ve heard, the pain is ungodly the first several times you use it. It took me 3-4 sessions doing my full leg to actually get all the hairs, so I started out doing it everyday. After about 5 sessions I really noticed the pain had been significantly reduced. It still hurts when I start in on an area but once I get going the pain really lessens.I don’t know how this compares to other models, but it works fairly well. It does break off quite a few hairs, especially my finer hairs, and that’s a bummer because I’m very prone to ingrown hairs, but the amount it does remove from the root is impressive to me. I do have to go over the same area many times to get all of the hairs, but I’m gradually having to do this less as the hairs seem to be pulled out much more easily now.My biggest negative is that this gives me ingrown hairs even worse than shaving. If you have this problem too I recommend salicylic acid wipes/astringent, washing the area with hibicleanse before and after epilating to prevent bacteria from getting into the follicle, and a generous application of calamine lotion afterwards to soothe the area and dry out blemishes. Even with all this I still get ingrowns, but far less then when I started out (still dealing with the scars from that).A major pro, and the whole reason I started inflicting this on myself, is that I already see a difference in the coarseness of my leg/arm/knuckle hairs. Not all of the hairs become finer at the same rate, so while I’m noticing fewer coarse black hairs than I used to have, there are still coarse black ones among the finer lighter ones. I imagine that over the next year I will be able to achieve body hair that looks less aggressive even when grown out. I’m very happy about this!Another pro is that this minimizes the appearance of my dark hair follicles in my pale skin. Even when freshly shaven before my calves would by covered in tiny black dots that made me feel insecure. This has been drastically reduced by epilating, but the hyperpigmentation I get left with from the folliculitis and ingrowns it causes keeps me from showing off my legs just yet.So, cons:- I still get folliculitis everytime that lasts all day and leaves some pigment after it calms- I get tons of ingrown hairs- Still painful to get started each session- It takes a lot of time (couple of hours?) to get my full legs, forearms, and bikini regions, mostly due to having to run this over the same area many times to get all the hairs (and it never gets them ALL, but the fine few I realize I missed are usually so minimal no one would notice)- Breaks some hairs instead of pulling, which then become stubblePros:- No ugly dark stubble all growing in at once, meaning I can now do this less frequently than I would be shaving- Far fewer visible black follicles- The hairs themselves appear to gradually becoming finer and lighter, and in areas like my knuckles that started out fine already the regrowth is so light it’s nearly invisible for a long time- It takes gradually less time to do an area as I continue to use this- For whatever reason my bikini region actually has almost no ingrowns when I’m diligent with exfoliating and the above mentioned ingrown prevention measures, when shaving used make this my absolute worst area for ingrowns. Also this region was never stubble-free even after freshly shaving, but now is 95% smooth- The head is easy to remove and can be fully submerged in ethanol after each use to keep sanitary, which I recommend (just make sure you let it dry fully before putting it back together)In conclusion, if my ingrowns and folliculitis start to improve as I adjust to this then it will be hands down an enormous improvement on shaving. Even with the ingrowns I would still highly recommend this product to other first timers willing to put in the pain and work to get through the first couple of months in exchange for finer body hair and less visible follicles. I think that for the price the product is an excellent intro to epilating and only if I still love this method of hair removal in a year or so would I consider upgrading to a more expensive model. I’ll try to update in a few months on whether my ingrowns improve with use of this over time.

I just have to write about this
Ladies and gentlemen, I have to write this review. This epilator is absolutely fantastic! Now, I'm a man, and I recommend this for men too. Ladies, if you want your man to have a smooth face and he just hates shaving, this is the answer to both your dreams.I'm of Mediterranean descent, so I have coarse, dark whiskers which are a pain to shave. Literally, a pain. And even after I shave it looks like I haven't. Years ago, I went for lazer hair reduction, which helped a lot. It killed about 50% of my whiskers, mostly under the chin and on my sides. But the mustache and ball of the chin were hardly affected, since these areas have the coarsest hairs.Recently, I had been waxing my face. After 6 months of waxing, it has become really easy and painless to pluck out my whiskers. The first few times were very painful. But after a few times, it becomes easier and less painful because the hair root is less dense and less tethered to the skin.So I went online looking for a home lazer kit to try my own lazer treatments at home, since waxing once a week was just too time consuming and messy. I didn't even know about epilators until looking for lazers. So when I found epilators, I starting comparing different types and brands. From the customer reviews I decided to go with this one because it has 40 hair pluckers instead of 20, and because it's a little better built and more durable than the cheaper models.Well, it just arrived and I just tried it and it works absolutely brilliantly. I didn't feel a thing, because my hairs had already been plucked out many times, and their roots are not so stubbornly attached to the root system. Honestly, all I felt was light tugging on my skin. No pain what-so-ever. And it even gets the small fine hairs around the lips, which are so-o-o-o time consuming with tweezers. With a 40-plucker epilator, I did my whole face in about 10 minutes, and it's as smooth as silk.To reduce the redness afterward, I just rub an ice cube over my skin for a couple of minutes, and then apply some Jergens lotion. Now, here's a little tip for both men and women... If you haven't plucked your hair before, the first time will be painful. But trust me, it gets easier with time. I did my whole face today and didn't feel a thing. So, to ease the pain when you're first starting out, simply tap the epilator onto your skin and then immediately remove it. Wait 10 seconds or so, and then tap again. Short little taps will pluck out a few hairs at a time, making it far less painful than sweeping a longer section. Also, hold your skin down with your free hand. This way, the hair removal is quicker and less painful, since your skin won't be pulled up with the hair. If you don't hold your skin down, then the skin will be pulled up with the hair, making the removal process more painful because it takes that much longer for the root to pass through the skin. By holding the skin down, the root just pops right out quickly and with less pain.Doing little taps at first will take more time to cover a large area. But after a few times, when the pain is less, you'll be able to stroke the epilator across your skin in longer sweeps without having to tap, and you'll get the job done faster.Remember that the more a hair is plucked the easier and less painful it gets. And men, try this on your face so your sweetheart can have a nice smooth face to kiss. But only if you know for sure you won't be growing a beard or mustache later, since plucking can kill some hairs, leaving you with bald patches if you try to grow a beard afterward.

Muy funcional
Es muy funcional. Práctico, rápido, sencillo. Trae stickers que puedes utilizar y solo necesita de una pila triple A para poder funcionar. Además de que no es muy ruidoso
