NEVER AGAIN

When I received my headphones they were not what was pictured. The ear piece was different from the picture. The call quality was horrible however when I played music it was great sound. I wish I would have read the review. It would have saved me time and money especially during this epidemic.

Not very impressive.

I was looking for a bluetooth headset and found this. I thought it was light-weight, sleek looking and also compact on the go. However, the earphone pieces will fall off easily and hard to have them stay well especially when you are running or even walking. Moreover, It is quite dangerous in driving if they fall off as I will have to use my hands to push them into my ears. The sound quality, on the other hand, was acceptable but not impressive. I also found it is quite challenging to open the charging USB port. The lid is too small and too tight. The charging time takes a long time and the battery does not last too long either. I will not recommend this product.

45min or less continuous playing, short-lived battery life span

Sound quality was ok. However it was a 45min max continuous playing of songs on Apple music. In less than three months, battery of ear piece no longer working properly, and intermittent connections issues started as well, which usually ends up a long buzzing sound, like "computer hang" mode.
