Great shower system!
Easy to install and works great. Be careful drilling the holes in the tile but it is easy to do with the right drill bit. The install instructions are great and it is nice that most of the fittings are outside the wall. The only downside is the angle of the portable sprayer can't be adjusted when it's in the holder. Some pictures showed that it was adjustable but it's not a big deal for us. The water mixer is also easily adjustable per the instructions. Definitely a quality item!

Hans grohe is simply the best manufacturer of faucets european showers and kitchen plumbing. They last, as beautiful as new.

Well designed and reasonably priced
Most shower systems with a fixed overhead, a handheld and a thermostatic control valve require extensive piping inside the wall and lots of expensive separate components.The Croma unit has everything included and all is located on the outside of the wall which makes it easy to install and maintain. The unit even includes ball valves in the 2 inlet lines which can be turned off without taking anything apart. The thermostatic control works well keeping the water temperature steady regardless of pressure and temperature in the hot and cold supply (No more scalding when someone flushes the toilet). The riser pipe for the "rainfall" head doubles as the adjustable slide bar for the handheld for a really clean installation.Most of the unit is chrome plated brass with a few chrome plated plastic trim pieces. Past experience with Hansgrohe products suggests the unit will hold up very well cosmetically over time.Priced under $400 this is a very high quality functional unit for a guestroom shower.

Works great
Exceeded my expectations (which is hard to do). We hardly ever adjust the temperature; we only whether the water is routed to the wand or the showerhead. The volume of water is great. I looked at many different shower panels/systems. Many of them had multiple showerheads. My thinking was if you have 2.5 gpm of water, you will get a better massage with that volume coming out of one head (in the case of this handshower) or having that 2.5 gpm spread across multiple heads.It looks great and performs great.

Instructions manual was not that …..
Very difficult to adjust the thermostat, Instruction are not so clear . Write to support site still waiting for someone ….It’s been a month .I can find a video to show me how to adjust the temp . It is to cold or to hot .Except for the looks Next time I should go to Delta . 😔

Be careful with manual
This unit has two shut offs in it controlled by set screws and both initially are in close position so you will need to open them after installation.Left and right handles have plastic plugs to cover screws for nice look. In my case both were broken and Hansgrohe USA doesn't have them.After you finish with your tile and cut both hot and cold supply pipes two big plastic washers must be installed on them and they are drown wrong in manual so I had to removed the unit and start again, please be careful with manual: not everything right in it.

Love it. Exposed shower pipes easy to install. Looks great, works great. You have nice size overhead shower and hand shower.
