I really do like this carry on, it's cute small and lightweight and easy to move around in the airport. Not quite sure about the durability of the material so I couldn't give it a solid 5 stars yet until I go on more trips and see how durable it really is. So far I love it and its easy to move around. Would recommend if you are going on a small 3-4 day trip!

We traveled a lot with this carry on. We took at least 4 flights, buses, train a lots of cars and taxis.The Chester carry-on is very durable. Colors are bright and we had lots of complements from tourists.The only thing is that one of the carry came with the stitching ,torn about two inches when we received (see photo)We didn’t have time to exchange it because of are travels plans. It didn’t get worst but it would be nice if the company can exchange it for us or repair it. Other than that we really recommended this product.

Great compartments separating spaces for easy packing. Wheels where easy to manipulate and move carryon. Only thing I would note is that there where 2 zippers without handles on the inside - wasn’t sure if this was a flaw but we purchased 2 of them and they both had no handles. Will be purchasing 2 more soon for my kids. Didn’t lick it so unsure about that and how easy it is to set - fit into the United airlines carryon guide but had to be checked plane side which does happen on smaller flights. I will be trying to clean the scuffs off of it from being loaded under the plane maybe with a magic eraser, over all very happy -

I was apprehensive to purchase an unknown brand and the price point seemed too low to be good quality. Bought this for our 13 year old. Normally purchase TUMI and have for years. But for our kiddos, their price points are way too high and they do not need all the bells and whistles. That said, the CHESTER looks fantastic and is rock solid construction. She has not used it yet but cannot wait. Wish you made this in a larger size!! We would definitely purchase a full set.

I like the fact that it is easy to clean. It came with a cover! I am not sure if this was just a packing cover but I am keeping it with the suitcase in case the airline ever makes me check it at the last minute. If that happens I will put on the cover I order to keep it clean. I would love to have a bigger suitcase to match!

I bought 2 carry-on sizes for kids as early Christmas gifts for an international trip last week. They held up very well and we loved all the compartments. Lightweight, nice looking and stowed overhead on a small plane very well. I liked them so much that I ordered a third suitcase for myself! Only "flaw" is that there are no inside straps to hold clothes in place. The zippered compartments help but if it's not full, things fall to the bottom.

Love love LOVE this suitcase! It’s very lightweight and I can fit so much into it!

I'll admit - I have been daydreaming about Away suitcases since Youtubers started reviewing them, and with this bag being about $80 cheaper, I see no difference between the two except for the battery. I splurged because I am going on a trip in June, and I wanted to just take a carry on, and I am so glad that I spent a little extra money on something that is high quality!
