This is the perfect banner for a Twinkle Twinkle Little Star Themed event. This banner comes in silver glitter cardstock. It is a do it yourself item. You will be provided with letter and the twine and all you have to do is string the letters on the twine and hang.

Holes in the wrong spots
Only problem I had was the holes on all the letters are at the very top even on the capital letters, so with the other letters being lower case it makes the capital letters hang lower than the rest of the word. It's also the same way for the taller letters too like the k and the l. I'm keeping it. I will just have to tape the string vertical in between the first letters and the rest of the words and by the taller letters.
