Faulty
Installed this compressor, evacuated system, charged with proper amount if freon. Compressor does not function. Fault code 9601 from DAS which says “Component A9y1 (refrigerant compressor control valve) or line to component has a short circuit to ground.” Voltage from the head unit is good. Once compressor is plugged in voltage from the head unit is disabled and the above code becomes current.
