The Hot Pepper Company - Carolina Reaper Powder (50g)

Powder was sent loose within a large plastic bag. Yes ,the bag was closed at the top but when I opened the envelope I could smell the strong smell of the powder. Powder as potentially dangerous as this should be more carefully contained. I wouldn't buy from this company again.

Finally a decent hot pepper that lives up to its hype..pretty strong flavour to this but for serious chilly heads this is pretty hot stuff, but if adding to a decent sized pot of curry then you do have to use a pretty decent amount though to unleash its potential.

This powder is certainly hot but not as hot as other powders that I've tried, also it has made me have an allergic reaction which i don't get with other powders which makes me think - has it been cut with something else

I make a hot sauce with this and it consistently blows people's socks off. It is a nice lingering spice, but you have to be careful...after all you are talking about millions of scovilles as opposed to Tabasco's 5,500.

This is a great item if you love pranks only Need a tiny amount but it works

Very bot and I use it to make fire crackling tomato curry soup. If you like the heat this is it then. Go and burn your lips and mouth!!
