Giving Effective Feedback (HBR 20-Minute Manager Series)

This was a really quick read and provided some really great tips. A lot of times I think providing feedback is really set by the tone and culture of your organization but I also think that despite having strict guidelines to the type of feedback you can give, you can also personalize. This was a nice reminder to provide other types of feedback and how to do it! Plus, it did give me a few tips that I had forgotten.

Great read! I recommend this easy to read, helpful resource! The material is organized and clear. HBR has easily digestible research based resources for managers and leaders.

Simple, clear process.

Very easy quick easy read but there is nothing new or surprising in this book. It is probably more suited for younger or first time leaders that don't have a lot of experience managing people.

A little simplistic, but it has some amazing tips.

Con poco esfuerzo y en poco tiempo se puede dar lectura completa a este libro, que si bien es básico y obvio lo que trata, hoy mas que nunca es fundamental para tener una buena comunicación con tus compañeros. Da consejos y ejemplos de como llevar una correcta comunicación.

É bastante conciso, tem muitos exemplos práticos. Breve e objetivo, e ao mesmo tempo bastante profundo. É bastante direto e vai nos pontos mais difíceis com precisão.

Provides very basic tips on feedback. Although a nice summary, I did not feel the book provided any new tips or information (certainly not much more than you can get with a basic google search). Not worth the price, if you ask me.

Very good book, a must read for all working professionals!!
