Ingredient clean diaper cream that works!
Very happy to find this diaper cream and it is such a reasonable price for the size of the tube. My 1yr old had some pretty bad diaper rash that wasnt going away with other creams. After 1 day of using this cream the rash is finally gone. The tube says to apply liberally but I found that a little bit actually goes a long way. I love that it is free from dyes, talc, parabens, preservatives, and petrolatum and it rates excellent on Yuka. The expiration date of the tube I received is May of 2027 so it will definitely get used up before then.

10/10 recommend!!!
Purchased this prophylactically for my breastfed baby. Our girl ended up getting a raw, red behind and this cleared that up within a day or so! The aloe was definitely a relieving factor for her (so I think).

Great for Cloth Diapering the Frequent Pooper!
I love this stuff. My baby is a bit of an overachiever with his poops and developed a nasty diaper rash before he was a month old that required a prescription, Aquaphor and a switch to disposables to heal up. While Aquaphor is magical, it's not good for cloth diapers and I didn't want to admit defeat in cloth diapering over one rash. Having tried CJ's Butter and Burt's Bees Multipurpose Ointment with little success, I decided this was worth a shot to keep future rashes at bay. This really works! I use this daily and alternate with Burt's Bees at changings to keep him moisturized and he hasn't gotten more than a quickly conquered, mild rash since. The consistency is similar to sunscreen and it washes off fairly easily with soap and water (important for cloth diapers!). The smell's not bad which isn't particularly important to me but it's nice that it's not an obnoxious odor. If you're cloth diapering a baby prone to rashes, I'd highly recommend giving this a shot. I think the only cons to this product are the staining (zinc oxide is messy, fair warning) and the fact that it seems to dry out his tush a little (hence, the alternating). I'm very pleased with this product right now but I'll try to update if anything changes!

Great for cloth diapers
Works great for our cloth diapers, not super efficient for big rashes

Works Wonders
This is one of the products that I didn’t think I needed, since I had some other butt cream initially. Oh boy was I wrong. While the other cream is nice to put on to try and prevent any rashes, this paste has been great when we want to try and get rid of any redness. I would highly recommend!

Best for cloth
It's hard to find a good butt paste for cloth but this is the winner for me. It can stain material but doesn't matter on white inners. It's the best at healing rash for my babies and not coating my diapers!

Smells bad, sticks to fingers. Use spatula

Boudreaux's is the only brand we use so far. The regular format works so well but not this natural one.

Works great but we found it just a little too sticky - it's hard to wash it off even with soap at bathtime. We shifted to a different product that provides just as good protection but is a little less sticky and therefore can be cleaned off easier.
