Why would they not tell me how to fix it?!?!?
After I got this, I wrote to the seller that there seemed to be "balls" of harder wax/oil in the product and it was not going on/in as I hoped it would. They did not respond but just refunded my money. So I figured, what could I lose and see if I could fix the issue myself. I warmed up the product under a low low heat until it all clarified and then let it re-solidify. It is PERFECT now!! I will buy this product again.It is not a HEAVY beard balm and when it is in its proper state goes on very easily and disappears into my beard providing more control (frizz). It melts into the hand as intended.

It's a little gritty feeling but It's the first beard balm I've bought that smells of Sandalwood. Most either have no smell or smell like perfume. I will buy it again.

Good Balm
Good stuff, nice hold and scent. It was a little gritty, but melts quickly and completely. This balm is not very stiff and will come out of the tin with your fingertip and not your nail.
