I recently bought this long pearl necklace as a gift for my wife, and she absolutely loved it. Exactly what I wanted! These are glass, they actually clink together and have a good weight. I’m so glad they are not those cheap mardigras style plastic beads (I made that mistake once already and was very disappointed). These are very pretty, and the luster is nice. The strand of beads is very long and can be looped around your head about three times? I saw another comment about them being stiff, but these are loose enough to bend and drape. There is no excess string either like another comment said. Overall I am extremely pleased but will update after wear.

The pearls are nice and even. They are not discolored. They are easy to put on. I can wrap them on my head. I especially like them because I don't have to latch in back. My hands can't manage a latch.
