It’s really helpful but the size is struggle for smaller figures.
I struggle with poor posture and I always forget to sit straight and this helped me a lot actually, the problem is the size. I’m 5’2” and 105 lbs so it won’t fit right and I struggle when putting it on to get it to my size. Other than that I would really recommend it if you need something to help you with your posture.

Did not work.
Didnt really do anything. To make it pull back your shoulders,you have to make it really tight and then it makes your arms go numb.

Not what i expected
Doesn’t support well. Cuts circulation in arms. Becomes too loose to be effective
