I didn't bleach my hair before & here's how it turned out:The roots were more of an orange undertone because I have light brown roots. The rest of my hair turned a medium toned ash pink.Make sure you bleach & tone your hair if you want the color on the box :)

Works well, color turned out as expected, smell was not bad, didn’t stain skin. I think the people who say it expired in 2017 don’t understand how to read date codes (they’re not always straightforward months, days, and years), and the person who said it turned their hair black probably didn’t bleach their hair enough beforehand. This dye does not contain bleach, so if you have hair any darker than a medium blonde, you will need to bleach it before using the dye. I had medium brown unprocessed, straight, fine hair and bleached it with 20 volume developer for 30 minutes before using this dye, and my result was almost identical to the picture on the box. The seller also tossed in some single use packets of anti-breakage shampoo, a restructuring treatment for bleached hair, and bleach for skin in case it stained. 10/10, very pleased with the purchase. There are English instructions, but if you want to read the more detailed Korean text, you can use a camera translate app.

I thought this was semi-perment, I don't think it is. I dyed my hair in August and writing this review in October. I was just trying to test a darker color. It wasn't really much darker than my natural color. I will say it covered my gray hairs and 2 months later the gray is still covered. The only thing I didn't like was it was messy, I had hair pudding everywhere in my bathroom. Maybe it was just my technique.

The color tone was just as advertised for me, although the end color was significantly darker because my natural hair is dark. Unfortunately, the red pigment did fade quickly and the color will become more of a coppery shade in a few weeks. The red is still there, just less visibly.The dye has a goopey consistency and likes to fall out of your hands, so things can get messy. It has a pleasant smell but as the dye continues to react, it will start to give off a mild chemical odor. Those aside, the hair dye and what the kit comes with are pretty user-friendly.

Love the product. No dripping, easy to use, the color was perfect. The product also conditioned my hair and it never felt dry. After washing the product out, my hair felt great and it was easy to style.

Your hair comes out super jet black with this product, which is what I was looking for. It gives my hair kind of a wet, glossy look. My hair is typically white/grey and I definitely feel and look younger with this (I'm in my 40s). I may consider other colors if they have platinum so I can be hip like the cool kids.In regards to the rating, I would say five stars for hair color, and one star for ease of application. Definitely don't plan on wearing your good clothes when applying this product.At first, I freaked out because the dye was getting all over my forehead and neck, I tried to get the dye off my skin by rubbing it with a wet napkin and it appeared to be permanent, but when you take a shower the dye comes off your skin in a hot shower so not to worry.No burning sensations and after everything washes off your hair feels pretty soft. The end result came out great so I will consider using this product again.0Only thing that would hold me back is how messy the application is, I would recommend buying another set of gloves because the ones that came with this package rip easily and are cheap; making it more difficult to apply the product imo.

This is the BEST black hair dye I have ever used. It stays really dark and shiny, so easy to use and alittle goes a long way. My hair felt amazing after using and in 2 months I had no fading.
