Powder Blue Classic 2 Cup Ceramic Teapot

I purchased this teapot because my child loves to play tea and I wanted something that wasn't expensive incase it broke. I am very happy to say this tea pot is the perfect size. It is truly a 2 cup pot, which means don't expect to fit a lot of tea in it. However, it has been well played with over the last several weeks, and thus far survived intact. The color is a delightful light blue, and I plan to purchase another incase of breakage.Update: we have now had this teapot for almost a year, and it is still in one piece. It has never been dropped to a hard floor, but it has been dropped on the carpet (from about 2 ft) and survived. Great sturdy little pot.

Looks absolutely adorable, the blue is like a periwinkle blue, very pretty. Very small teapot also. But sadly, liquid drips down the underside of the spout after pouring.

Fist off let me say that the photo does not do this color justice, it is a very soft and pearly blue, very pretty. I use mine to heat up water in the microwave for brewing because my kettle is aluminum. It works great for a fast and easy brew! I wish it was a little bigger, but two cups is all you need sometimes and it's so easy using the microwave method, I can just brew some more.

I bought this pot over two years ago and use it almost every day. I microwave water in it and then remove the pot from the microwave and add my teabags in it. The pot is pretty, durable, and cleans up nicely.

perfect for one cup of tea.

I’ve written the manufacturer twice to ask for the tea strainer. I never received a reply. The pot itself is excellent but is described as having a strainer. Luckily I have one that fits. Otherwise I would have given it a lower rating.

I wanted a small teapot for two cups of tea and that's just what I got - a perfect little pot about the size of a softball which holds exactly 16 oz. of water, with enough room left for the tea. It's the type with little strainer holes between the spout and the body of the teapot to strain out the tea leaves. I am sure this would work with regular tea but I only have gunpowder type right now, and those tiny leaves slip right through the holes, so I'm having to strain it into my cup. Of course you could use tea bags or an infuser. It makes two teacups or a mug and a half of tea, which is perfect for me. The second keeps warm while I'm drinking the first one. It pours nicely and is a lovely soft blue.

This is the perfect size to use with my "cone" coffee filter. Since it is microwave safe, my water is at the right temperature in 2.5 minutes
