UrbanMod Mid Century Modern Style Chairs The 'Easy Assemble DSW Ergoflex Abs Plastic and 'One Wipe Wonder' Cleaning Comfortable Dining Meets 5-Star, Set of 4 (Red Walnut)

I originally purchased 2 sets of these chairs a couple of months ago & loved them (they are stamped with the UrbanMod logo on the bottom of each seat) - They were well made & had a very nice quality finish to them. BUT, when I went back and tried to order a 3rd set, I went with the lowest priced vendor - That was a mistake! The 3rd set was a totally different brand had very rough legs that were discolored & splintered - Plus, the screws in the chair did not match my original set (the UrbanMod brand has black screws visible in the lower half of the legs). When I looked for the UrbanMod logo on the bottom of the chair, it was missing! After 3 more attempts (and getting a poor knock-off brand again & again) , I finally realized that it was other vendors trying to lowball & sending out a knock-off. I went back in and ordered directly from the UrbanMod seller named 'Maxfind' and BINGO! I got the high quality set that matched my other 2 sets. Sure, it was a few dollars more, but trust me, the difference in quality is VERY noticeable. Hope this saves somebody the trouble I went through. P.S. Also avoid the other 'cheap' brand called Furmax... they may be half the price, but they are also poor quality & must be the supplier for all these fake sellers on this listing.

We purchase a lot of stuff from Amazon and I almost never leave a review. However, these chairs deserve one. We had previouslypurchased this style chair from a different manufacturer about 3 and a half years ago for our dining table at our office. The other manufacturer's version was flimsy and the support brackets bent. The screws also loosened and fell out easily. In an effort to replace them we found this version from Urban Modern. From looking online they seemed to address the issues we had so we gave them a try.THESE CHAIRS ARE WONDERFUL! They are sturdy, well built, and fixed all the issues we had with our previous chairs. If you are looking for an affordable Eames style dining chair these are the ones to buy.

These are great, comfortable, and stylish chairs that we have used daily for nearly two years now. They are perfect to have when you have young kids because they clean up very easily. I wipe mine down regularly and a Magic Eraser takes care of anything that a Clorox wipe can't remove. My only complaint is that we have had to tighten the bolts on the chairs way more often than I expected. Like every couple months. If not, the chairs squeak and literally have nuts and washers falling out of them when people sit down.

These chairs are amazing, fantastic, and utterly comfortable! I hesitated to buy online, but they had such excellent reviews that I decided to. Well, all of the reviews are correct--they're very easy to put together, and extremely sturdy! My grown son, who is built like a WWE wrestler, hesitated to sit down, until I told him that they're rated for up to 330 lbs. It was fine for him! For me they're perfect too...I have circulation issues, and something about how the chair slopes slightly downward (not in the seat itself, just a very slight rolled edge), vs. a hard wooden edge like most seats, makes it way more comfortable! I also LOVE how the chair flexes a bit. You can almost rock in it! Put all this together with fantastic looks, ease of cleaning, and being lightweight, and this chair is a winner!!

Update they are discoloring (yellowing blotchy) pretty noticeableReally bummed as we do like them and can’t use them as props anymore either since they look bad in cameraThe legs never came loose and they are holding up but just look bad nowOriginal review:so after much research this brand seemed to be the better made by reviews I read(stiffer not as bendy etc.) and have to agree no bending in the back but just enough flex to remain comfyafter about 5 months use no issues with loosening (loctite if it does)very comfortable to sit in even for playing board games at the table for longer then a dinner might last they are very comfy !they stay comfy even through a long game of monopoly :)our old furniture was made by Century so was good quality but I do think these are more comfy by design but they are a classic designso far they are staying clean with the kids and dogs etc..even loved the looks enough decided to use them on a recent shoot :)and now thinking I might get another one just for the studioassembly was very easy but I am good at building and so on ? but I cant see it being tough that anyone would have issues with ? if they did my feeling would be just finding which way they start as the legs have to be in a certain pattern and tightening the first screw to tight if someone had issues I would think that is all that could be wrong ? short of course of a bad part so dont fret the assembly :)the only thing is the plastic caps over the bolts on the back side of the legs do not stay on ? not a huge dealthey could design these with a bit shorter thread coming through and a true acorn nut but honestly not a huge deal at all especially with the price etc..if you are on the fence I say go for it and get this brand !!!
