Great price, the first one was damaged but the sell made it Wright. We have a replacement and will us this seller again.

Shopped around for more than a year and kept coming back to this cooktop. Always preferred cooking with gas! Purchased our home over 25 years ago but unfortunately the kitchen was 100% electric. Two years ago after it failed I replaced the original electric cooktop with a newer glass top unit. It was a waste of $$$ because the unit was extremely inefficient and very hard to keep clean. Long story longer, I had the kitchen plumbed for gas 3 months ago and installed this stove. Couldn't be happier. Great price on Amazon! This particular unit is 22k BTU. There is a lower 19k BTU version that looks identical that is cheaper so be aware.

This stove seems well built and we really like the wok grate. The power burner could seriously heat our house. The overall design is nice and beefy. The handles are substantial , just have a quality feel. The stove would get five stars if not for the very annoying blue light on the right front, which signifies the stove is connected to wifi. That light is always lit and just looks weird. And the wifi functionality is just a gimmick. I mean, are you going to walk away and forget your stove is on? That’s all you can do in the app, see if the stove is on or off. Kinda lame and an unnecessary feature that I’m sure raises the price.

(First ever negative review). Never has worked safely, hooked up less than two months. Repair calls 3 times still doesnt work over two months and still cant use. High price and not safe to operate. Amazon was no help. Samsung sent a repair tech who had never worked on a gas cooktop. Now none of the eyes work. Revised: fourth repair call, manager, left after 5 minutes. disconnected, unsafe and we have no stove to cook. Samsung offered a $50 discount to purchase a new gas cooktop! Amazon said there is nothing they can do even though we pay for the multi item protection every month. We paid over $1,500 for this Samsung gas cooktop.

Just buy for Cooktop's features and look. Don't buy because it offers wifi, it's pretty much useless, you can't do anything except you can see if the gas is on in the phone app. Well, the cooktop has blue light that identify the gas is on, so I don't think I need an app to look at it. I am a tech guy too, this is one of the device you don't need "smart connected" :)

Hello, this product was delivered on June 17 and I had not yet installed it because I still had work in the kitchen. I installed them, it didn't take long and I prepared them 4 times and I was surprised for the Italian Samsung brand, it's impossible, it becomes like that, on the other hand, I am a woman who takes care of my things and for its price, it's a shame, I'm very happy with Amazon for finding me a solution, thank you

We have always had excellent experiences using Amazon! However, I was slightly concerned about ordering a big ticket item, due to the fact that Amazon orders this product through a third party. But, at a savings of about $800 it was worth a try. Results were exactly as our headline reads. Could not be happier!

Bought this from a retail store. Cooktop is nice enough; I've had it since late 2000. The problem is the knobs. The important part is plastic and breaks pretty easily. To purchase a replacement is $175 per knob and there isn't an aftermarket, so you can only get an OEM part. That is utterly ridiculous. It would cost as much to replace the 5 knobs as the whole cooktop costs. I will do more investigation before I buy another cooktop and it likely won't be Samsung.
