The blender is working well. I’m getting use to its process as I didn’t get much in the way of directions. For example, I just tried the 35” this morning and found it has a ringer to let me know it’s done. That’s a great feature. I don’t really know what 35” means as I didn’t actually time the auto blend cycle. It was enough time to smooth walnuts, oranges, spinach with almond milk and ice. I’ve made shakes with ice, frozen fruit, fresh oranges and leafy vegetables. So far the blender has no issues with getting a smooth result. Cleanup by adding a little water and soap has been easy as well. You may know that it is on the ‘less noisy’ side as far as blenders go. Many break the sound barrier—this one is tolerable. I have an open kitchen so that’s important. I actually like the square container as it is super easy to clean or scrap Sides to get all the smoothie out. The rubber lid fits tightly and I expect it stays that way. It came with a stirrer stick and a small entry point in the lid. I haven’t had to open the top to stir anything. Starting on automatic 35” or low speed, unit has both automatic and manual options, has gotten everything done well. I have not had to use higher speeds as of yet. I’m pleased with my purchase. It fits under the counters without the cover on as my cabinets have extended molding. Without my molding, the unit would sit under the cabinet. Not an issue. The unit appears to be high quality. It’s not a brand I know so only the future will tell. I took a risk as I didn’t find any reviews on Amazon. It’s a newer item and perhaps that is why no reviews.

Heard good things about this blender yet it was defective upon delivery as it would not power up even after depressing the overload reset button. When flipping it upside down I can hear rattling within, like a screw came loose.

The JTC Omniblend blender is pretty solid that does everything I need it to do. The blender power is strong enough to handle everything I’ve put in it except frozen watermelon. Understandable since frozen watermelon is basically just ice. The stirring stick is great and mixes well. As opposed to the gradient speed knob that a Vitamix has, the Omniblend has low, medium, and high buttons. I personally prefer the knob, but I just use the medium setting most of the time anyway. The blending cup is made of plastic and that’s fine, but I wish it was made of glass. The cup doesn’t have a pouring lip, but it doesn’t really matter since it pours out of the corner fine anyway. All in all, the strong engine makes this an effective premium blender, which I had not owned before.

This blender blends like a champ. I had it for almost two months and enjoyed making my smoothies,ice drinks..etc. with it with NO problems. Sufficient power and easy to clean. Then one day, motor stops mid smoothie and won't function. I consume smoothie in unfinished state (not too pleasant. I check back a few minutes later and its working again. Seeing this was working great for this length of time if figured it was an anomaly. Next day...same thing happened. However, I waited and finished blending the smoothie just it time just before it shutoff again. Company solution is that it is the overheat protection, and to just hit the reset button on bottom and wait five minutes. Sorry, this is NOT how it is supposed to operate...and I had ZERO problems until this point. Its defective...PERIOD. Also, the thought of waiting to finish blending an icy drink on a hot summer day while it melts is less than appealing. Did I mention that this product has demos of it blending aluminum cans...and somehow my smoothie is causing problems? Fortunately, Amazon had my back..eventually. They intitially wanted to dock me around 40 bucks for a 'restocking fee'. Ummm...you're going to restock a defective item? They issued full refund. Had to pack it up and bring to UPS store, 40 minute round trip. Amazon really needs to consider that not everyone is within convenient distance of a UPS store. Look at the ninja...decide to get ninja. Plenty in stock on Amazon. As soon as I get refund, they are no longer in stock. Found it for cheaper at Macys. Bought from Macy's. So far, so good.

Awesome machine! We are blending raw carrots, nuts etc and it blends everything quickly and beautifully. We also have the older non-square model and we love both but my husband likes this better.

I love this machine. My smoothies Are so much better Because their actual smooth.

Blends fine. However the first day it came I made tomato soup in it and part of the lid melted. Supposed to have a 7 year warranty. I emailed several different websites, and have not gotten any resolution.
