I needed something for my work chair as the chair is crummy. I have lower back pain (sacrum area) and am in pain a lot of times when I get up from my chair. This little gel cushion works! Be sure to place the lower side toward the back of your chair seat so that your behind is sitting lower in the seat in the back. I am happy with this purchase! Finally!

I have a computer chair that is showing its wear, but because I am short finding one short enough to replace is impossible. So this is my fourth attempt at finding a seat cushion that will work. It is great for me, doesn't get hot and doesn't add too much height to my chair.

I got this cushion for my work chair because of a chronic sciatic nerve condition that causes me pain in my shoulders and neck. It works pretty well. I especially like that it doesn't slide and move around the chair.

Not a bad cushion. Cover is a disappointing.
