Warranty replacement
Good product easy to use and easy to clean.I was quite satisfied with the product till yesterday when something happened and, the motor is running but blade does not. Possibly something that connects motor to blade shaft snapped.Product is less than 6 months old and has 1 year warranty but I have no details whom and how to approach re this complaint.How can Amazon help?

Where to contact with in warranty.
This product is not up to mark.There is 2year warranty of motor but it stopped working with in 4 months. No pH.no. or address of manufacturing company Kit king Home appliances.

Very disappointed with this product. Very bad in quality. At very 1st use it got heated up heavily. I've found that wiring got burnt as I could smell that.They don't provide any warranty card in the box. If it get problem after few weeks it could be difficult to return.Also no user manual in the box.Overall a very bad product and documentation.Amazon is amazing that I've returned this as I got the issue very 1st day itself.

Blender is same in model as usha, king, Crompton, bajaj, they are so many brand but this is normal lock system in grey from your local brand

The speed is great the finishing of the product not so good the metal part has rough edges that could be smoothed out to make it better other than that excellent product.
